題目: What Taipei City Will Be Like When It Is Completely Internationalized.
Internationalization, the trend for every city in the modern times, is the fate that no city could escape. Just think, if there is a chance for a city to make great progress no matter in business, culture, technology or anything else, who wouldn't want that to happen? Getting internationalized is the only way for a city to develop and cost the least social expense.

Sociogenesis, defined as "the development and growth of a society or a nation," has the meaning of internationalization within it -- to combine all societies and getting rebirth from the old ones. In fact, Taipei city is now getting internationalized in a quick progress. It's only a matter of time for it to be "completely" internationalized. We can notice that these days a lot of international activities are held here in Taipei city. Such as the International Book Exhibition and SEGA's business conference '98. Our city actually rushing to the goal of complete internationalization at sonic speed , it's only that most of us couldn't feel it.

What would it be like when Taipei really becomes that central unit of world culture and business? One thing that has to be changed first is the legal system. Different races should never be under the same laws because of their individual culture. We should consider these individual differences and make the best applicable laws. Another great point to be changed is the agriculture system . You can't feed a Muslim with pork chops , can you? People from all over the world are fed with different grubs since they were young . After complete internationalization comes true , the agricultual areas around Taipei should supply the city with multi-choices of foods and goods. The traffic is also a problem to solve -- nobody is willing to see junk cars stacked up right in the middle of the highway , or a pedestrian hit by a truck "flying" across the road .

Besides all those problems and disadvantages above, there's actually a great deal of advantages waiting for us to enjoy. We get to see more performances of different cultures and nations, both amusing and amazing. The city government could also hire foreigners in its offices to improve the city's outlooks and order. Cultural fusion, like nuclear fusion, can provide our society the energy to progress further on to an advanced level in social development. Internationalization would also bring us better lives. The environmental protection techniques and high quality digital products are something we can learn from the foreign nations. The combination of all the race and culture will sure push Taipei on and on, keeping it active as any of us could imagine.

There's always advantages and disadvantages to everything, so is internationalization of a city. What would happen in the future is still unknown, which depends on us to decide. But never wait and take no actions toward this trend of the time. As the Japanese synthetic-music computer Kenji Kawai has said "The future is now," we are to create our own future life in this multi-cultured dream city, for ourselves, and for our future generations.
